Balcony cleaning
We often get requests to clean some unusual places and this was the case recently. We were asked if we could help clean a fourth floor balcony decking in a prestigious complex of apartments in Liverpool city centre.
We attended a site visit to determine a number of factors inc height, drainage, surfaces to be cleaned and access.
Once all was established how we could overcome some of the logistics of the clean, we set about transforming our clients living space from tired to tremendous.
We used Owatrol cleaning products on the decking boards to firstly clean the decking and then to lighten and nourish the timber. By using the correct chemicals it allows us to apply a low pressure clean as not to damage any of the wood.
We applied a non-caustic TFR to all the Upvc cladding surrounds to help remove all dirt and grease. A gentle rinse and it came up glowing white as it should be!
The result was a bright, clean and fresh balcony space for evening drinks and entertainment. It goes to show that no matter the location, we have solutions to all exterior cleaning needs.
